1. Parties, Introduction, and Acceptance of Terms

Chat GT is an all-in-one AI assistant app for iPhone (iOS 15.0+), developed and operated by VIT Labs FZE LLC. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you enter into a legally binding agreement with VIT Labs. VIT Labs reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time with notification.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirements

Users under 13 are prohibited without verifiable parental consent. Users aged 13–17 require parental consent. Sign-in is via Apple or Google only.

2.2 Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must report any unauthorized access immediately
• You accept sole responsibility for all activity under your account
• You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits

3. Description of the App and Services

3.1 Multi-Model AI Access

Chat GT provides access to: ChatGPT (OpenAI), Grok (xAI), Gemini (Google DeepMind), Nano Banana, and DeepSeek. VIT Labs does not control third-party AI model responses.

3.2 Additional Features

• AI image generation
• Document analysis
• Code assistance
• Writing assistant
• Camera-based input
• Web search integration

3.3 iOS Exclusivity

Chat GT is available for iPhone only, requires iOS 15.0+, and is distributed exclusively through the App Store. No web, Android, macOS, or desktop version is available.

3.4 Service Availability

VIT Labs provides no guarantee of uninterrupted service and accepts no liability for downtime.

4. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

4.1 Permitted uses

Lawful personal, educational, research, and professional purposes.

4.2 Prohibited activities

• Generating illegal, obscene, or defamatory content
• Generating sexually explicit content
• Generating content promoting violence or self-harm
• Creating deepfakes or synthetic media of real people without consent
• Spreading disinformation or hate speech
• Impersonating individuals or organizations
• Infringing copyright or intellectual property
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code
• Training competing AI systems using App outputs
• Probing system vulnerabilities or circumventing safety filters
• Generating excessive server load or spam/phishing/fraud
• Election interference or any violation of applicable law

4.3 Enforcement

VIT Labs may monitor, remove, restrict, or disable content and accounts. VIT Labs cooperates with law enforcement where required.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 VIT Labs IP

The App's software, design, UI, trademarks, and methodologies are protected under UAE Federal Law No. 38 of 2021 and applicable international IP law.

5.2 License to User

VIT Labs grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own.

5.3 User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant VIT Labs a limited license to process your content solely to operate the App.

5.4 AI-Generated Outputs

AI-generated outputs are provided for personal and commercial use. You are responsible for verifying their accuracy. VIT Labs makes no warranties regarding generated content.

5.5 Copyright Compliance

Repeat infringers are subject to account termination. Copyright concerns should be sent to support@chat-gt.pro.

6. Subscriptions, Payments, and Billing

6.1 Plans

Free Tier: Limited access. Premium: Full access to all 5 AI models, higher usage limits, and priority speeds — available as Weekly or Yearly subscription.

6.2 Free Trial

New subscribers receive a 3-day free trial. Subscription auto-charges if not cancelled before the trial ends.

6.3 Apple In-App Purchase

All billing is processed through Apple IAP. VIT Labs does not collect or store your payment details. Auto-renewal occurs 24 hours before the end of each billing period.

6.4 Cancellation

Cancel via iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Chat GT. Uninstalling the App does not cancel your subscription.

6.5 Refunds

All refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, subject to Apple's refund policies.

6.6 Price Changes

Price changes will be communicated in advance and are not retroactive to the current billing period.

7. Device Permissions and iOS Features

7.1 Camera

Required for camera-based input features. Granted and revoked via iOS Settings. Revoking camera permission only disables camera-related features.

7.2 Permissions NOT requested

Chat GT does not request access to your microphone, location, contacts, or photo library (beyond explicit file selection).

7.3 Notifications

Optional; managed via iOS Settings → Notifications → Chat GT.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

The full Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key commitments:

• VIT Labs does not sell personal data
• Conversations are not used to train AI models
• Conversation history is synced to secure servers
• Firebase is used for backend and analytics with Google data processing compliance
• Authentication is handled via Sign in with Apple or Google

9. Third-Party Services, AI Providers, and Apple

9.1 AI Providers

Each provider operates under their own terms of service:

• OpenAI — openai.com/policies
• xAI — x.ai/legal
• Google DeepMind — ai.google.dev/terms
• Nano Banana
• DeepSeek — deepseek.com/terms

VIT Labs is not responsible for third-party AI responses.

9.2 Firebase (Google LLC)

Backend infrastructure governed by Google's Privacy Policy and Firebase Data Processing Terms.

9.3 Apple Inc.

Apple is the distributor only and is not a party to these Terms. Apple is not responsible for the App's content or support. Apple is an intended third-party beneficiary for purposes of the limited license grant.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

VIT Labs's aggregate liability is capped at the greater of (a) total subscription fees paid in the preceding 3 months, or (b) USD $50. VIT Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VIT Labs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising from your violation of these Terms, your User Content, violations of law, violations of third-party rights, or third-party harm caused by your use of the App.

12. Term and Termination

These Terms are effective from your first download or use of the App. VIT Labs may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations, fraud, non-payment, legal requirements, or extended inactivity. You may terminate by contacting support@chat-gt.pro. Intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, indemnification, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution provisions survive termination.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the UAE and the Ajman Media City Free Zone. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is excluded.

13.2 Informal Resolution

Users must first attempt informal resolution by contacting support@chat-gt.pro. A 30-day resolution window applies before any formal proceedings.

13.3 Jurisdiction

Any unresolved disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.

13.4 Consumer Rights

Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence are not excluded by these Terms.

14. General Provisions

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and VIT Labs regarding the App
• If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force
• Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that right
• You may not assign your rights under these Terms without VIT Labs's consent
• Neither party is liable for events beyond reasonable control (force majeure)
• The English-language version of these Terms prevails in the event of any conflict
• Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms
